Please bear in mind our ethos of work around family and note that we may not keep "normal" business hours. Please don't be discouraged if you call and we don't answer, just leave a message, or send an email, and we will get back to you.
Our clients are part of the Greenroe family, along with the cats, the fish and the toddler! You will be invited to visit us at home for meetings as that's where we work, but of course if it's more convenient, we are also happy to come to you, or meet anywhere that serves coffee!

The services we offer are bespoke for our clients, so we don't have a structured price list. As part of our initial meeting, once we have evaluated your needs, we will give you an idea of the cost of our service to help you to make a decision. If you are interested after that initial meeting, we will then provide a formal quote, but you are still under no obligation to engage with us.
Whilst Greenroe itself is a new business, we have been working in the sectors we provide services under for more than 20 years. We have also provided these services on a self-employed basis in the past, but took a break for various reasons. When we meet, if you have questions about our experience and qualifications which are relevant to the service you are looking for, we can go into more detail and provide evidence or references if required.
Yes, of course! You can increase or reduce the level of service we provide at any time, we would just require some notice to allow us to implement the change. This would usually be one to two months, but will be agreed with you individually depending on the type of work we are undertaking for you and what you wish to add or remove from our engagement.
For some of the services we provide, such as taking minutes of meetings or delivering training, we will need to visit your premises, but we will ensure we have all the necessary requirements in place before doing so, such as insurance and DBS checks, and these will be at no cost to you. Where possible, we like to work at home, as this fits in with our "work around family" ethos and means we are not restricted to office hours.
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to accept card payments directly. We are able to accept card payment via PayPal but this will incur an additional charge. We prefer payment in cash or by direct bank transfer, and we do offer discounts for fast payment. We can also negotiate our invoicing frequency with you where we are carrying out ongoing work. We may ask you to pay a deposit if the work we are undertaking for you requires an initial outlay from us, but this will be discussed and agreed as part of the quoting process.
